Set along Middle Street, Brixham's 'Indie Street' brimming with creative independent shops and cafes and just 2 minutes walk from the towns bustling harbour, this 3 bedroom semi-detatched home with parking provides the perfect balance of convenience, space and comfort. 

Inside the house you will find everything you need for the perfect family get together with friends or family. The comfortable living room looks across to the colourful cottages across the other side of Brixham and provides a relaxing space to unwind. The open plan kitchen and dining area is a light and airy space that is well equipped for all your cooking needs. With sliding double doors providing direct access onto the private courtyard, this social space is at the heart of any stay at Apters Hill House.

If you don’t feel like cooking after a busy day exploring, then heading out to the local restaurants couldn’t be easier. You will find a selection of restaurants, cafés and bakers on your door step along the vibrant Middle Street, or the the town centre and harbour area are all within a couple of minutes walk. Brixham’s No.1 rated pub on Tripadvisor, The Manor Pub, is also within 25 yards of the house.

Venture outside and you will find yourself in the heart of the town, and just a short walk down the road will lead you to the waters edge at the harbour. Look out for the stunning replica of Sir Francis Drake’s famous galleon, The Golden Hind. Brixham has long been famed for its links to the sea, and now has an up and coming culinary scene with an increasing number of independent cafés and delightful restaurants offering ingredients landed just a stones’ throw from their doorstep. For walkers, The South West Coast Path will take you as far as your legs will carry you, and entertaining the little ones couldn’t be easier with Paignton Zoo, The Dartmouth Steam Railway and Splashdown @ Quay West all within a short drive.

Apters Hill House benefits from its own parking space, a real bonus for properties in this central area of Brixham. A new EV Chargepoint for electric vehicles was also fitted in March 2022 which guests are now able to enjoy.

Apters Hill House welcomes a maximum of two dogs (pet fee applies).
