  • Infants welcome - however you are required to bring your own cot and highchair as these are not provided

  • No smoking or vaping permitted inside the property

  • BBQs are not permitted on the balcony

  • The bi-folding doors have vacuum seals so the handles can be a bit stiff to open but do open completely to provide that open feel to the rest of the property

  • Due to the train track below you are not permitted to place anything over the balcony balustrade

  • Children should be supervised at all times when on the balcony

  • The Property owners and Saltwater Escapes are not able to accept responsibility for any accidents that should occur

  • Grand Banks is located next to a West coast railway line so there is some noise from the trains during the day. However, the trains do not run overnight. For steam train enthusiasts this is a fantastic location for watching Devon's steam trains that regularly pass through Teignmouth during the Spring and Summer months.
