Get ready for a splash! The first UK multi-event SUPerchamps competition, welcoming beginners through to elite paddlers in the English Riviera – the home of Stand Up Paddle Boarding.
Set against the backdrop of the English Riviera UNESCO Global Geopark, with it’s sheltered bays, palm tree lined shores and temperate micro-climate, this 2 day event from the 5th – 7th September 2025 will include a festival of stand up paddle board races, activities, demonstrations and presentations.
And if that ‘wets’ your appetitie, Stand Up Paddling (SUP) World Cup 2026 is coming to our beautiful English Riviera from 24 to 28 June 2026. Paddle UK has chosen our stunning coastline to host this major international event, set to attract 200 elite athletes and up to 1,000 paddlers, making it a UK record-breaker for paddle boarding competitions.

- Babbacombe Beach (Torquay). This charming, sheltered cove in Torquay provides a picturesque setting for paddle boarding. The water is often calm. You can explore the stunning red cliffs and even paddle towards the iconic Oddicombe Beach.
