• This property includes a small welcome/starter pack to help you on your first day of arrival. This consists of 2 toilet rolls, washing up liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets, a washing up cloth, sponge & tea towel and tea, coffee & milk sachets. Cupboard staples and any other extras are not as standard therefore we recommend ensuring you have your own supplies of anything else required.

Access

• Avocet 2 is a first floor apartment and is accessed either via the boardwalk which runs along the front of the site and then up a set of stairs to access the front door, or alternatively along the paved path which runs from the car park between the first and second rows of apartments. From this path it is only a couple of steps down to the front door of the property. Once inside the property, it is single level and there are no stairs. Please note it is not possible to park directly outside the apartment. Roller cases and soft luggage which can be easier stored are recommended.
