Avocet 2 is set in a prime location and boasts spectacular sea views from its position on the front row of the development. The panoramic sea views across Torbay can be enjoyed from the large balcony, or from the comfort of the open plan living space and master bedroom, both of which have direct access out onto the balcony. The Cove is a secure gated development with onsite parking and outdoor heated pool (seasonal opening).

The full width balcony is accessible via sliding doors from both the living room and the master bedroom and provides plenty of space to relax, BBQ and dine and to take in the breathtaking panoramic views across Torbay and on clear days as far as the dramatic coastline of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The communal grounds include an outdoor swimming pool with seasonal opening from May to mid-September and pathways through wildflower banks lead you down to a gate offering direct access for residents to the pretty Fishcombe Cove. Enjoy freshly prepared food and drinks and even catch a glimpse of the local seals if you are lucky at this award winning local cafe. Follow the South West coast path 5 minutes down through the adjacent National Trust woodland and you will find yourself at the very picturesque and sheltered Churston Cove.
