We stayed in Burrator over Christmas 2019. It was our sixth visit to Gitcombe since 2007. We love the place. It’s in a beautiful setting and the cottages are so well appointed. The owner, Peter, who lives on site is a great host, and ensures that you want for nothing. If you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting while you explore Devon (what’s not to like about Devon) Gitcombe is the place for you. The W family, Suffolk.
