Step inside Heathcliff and you are greeted by a charming entrance vestibule with a bistro table and chairs, a lovely spot to sit with a morning coffee before heading out to explore. From here, you move into the bright and inviting open plan living and dining area. Dual aspect windows fill the space with natural light, creating a relaxing environment to unwind after a day on the coast. The lounge features a comfortable three seater sofa, two armchairs and a small chaise bench, arranged around a media cabinet with television and Blu-ray player. A selection of board games adds to the home-from-home feel, making it equally suited to cosy evenings in. The dining area sits within this sociable open plan space, with a round glass dining table and seating for four, ideal for family meals or relaxed dinners with friends. Just beyond, the well equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a self catering holiday in Brixham, including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave, as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
From the lounge, doors lead out onto the composite decked terrace with modern glass balustrades. This private outside space is a real highlight of the property, offering beautiful sea views and a peaceful setting to enjoy the evening sun. Outdoor seating is provided and stored on the decking, making it easy to dine al fresco or simply sit back and relax.
Upstairs, the first floor hosts two comfortable bedrooms and the main bathroom. The principal bedroom is a light and airy double room with far-reaching sea views, allowing you to wake up to glimpses of the coastline. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table with chair and bedside tables with lamps. This room also benefits from its own en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is arranged as a twin room, making Heathcliff an excellent choice for families. It includes two single beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp and an occasional chair. The family bathroom completes the first floor.
Upon arrival, you’ll appreciate the quiet location, set just a 10 minute walk from Brixham Marina and around 15 minutes on foot to the bustling harbour and town centre. From here, you can explore the independent shops, cafés and traditional pubs that make this fishing town so popular. The stunning coastal scenery of Berry Head Nature Reserve is just moments away, offering dramatic cliff-top walks and panoramic sea views, while the nearby beaches of St Mary’s Bay and Mansands are both dog friendly year round - perfect for guests bringing their four-legged companions on a Devon holiday with dogs.

The Manor is Brixham’s oldest pub, and one of the oldest pubs in Devon, dating back to the 1600’s - a must visit and just a short stroll from the property. For keen walkers, you are also located right on the
South West Coast Path.

Greenway House, the home of Agatha Christie. For fresh local produce, visit
