This quirky characterful cottage with big bay windows is situated in the highly sought-after harbour bowl of Brixham, with wonderful views of the harbour, Limpet Cottage is a classic period cottage located in one of this bustling fishing town’s prettiest streets. Just a short walk to the harbour front, all the amenities of the town, and the very popular Middle Street, Limpet Cottage makes a fantastic base for exploring Brixham and South Devon.

From the road you will ascend a flight 6 steps to the entrance of the cottage which is arranged over 3 levels. On the ground floor is the double bed bedroom, large bathroom and access to the rear courtyard. The stairs take you up to the first floor to the galley kitchen and an open plan living/dining room from which there are lovely views over the rooftops to the inner and outer harbours. The next set of stairs take you to the top floor twin bedroom with an en-suite WC and sink. This Peter Pan room will have you looking for Captain Hook out of the harbour with the Golden Hind Galleon ship.

The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for catering for evening meals with the family. Brixham is foodie heaven, and you will be spoilt for choice for places to eat out from morning to night. Start your day off with a short saunter down to Brixham’s artisan quarter, “Middle Street”, brimming with independent coffee shops, artisan bakeries and cafés, then browse amongst the creative retailers including some of the town’s artists and photographers. For culinary enthusiasts, why not pick up some fresh fish from Brixham's famous fish market to prepare back in the cottage and then enjoy an after-dinner drink in the courtyard garden.
