Please note, Quayside Marina is located above a restaurant. Entrance to the property is via a communal narrow stairwell, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
There is on-street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Paid public car parks can be found nearby, and there is a loading bay located a few doors down from the apartment.No extra guests, parties, large gatherings, stag or hen parties permitted
No smoking or vaping permitted inside the property, including charging of vaping equipment
No storage of items in communal areas
Please note that bars and restaurants around the harbourside may host events throughout the year, including live music and DJ sets, which can occasionally be heard from the apartment.

While the property does not have private outside space, it is perfectly positioned on Torquay Marina with the waterfront just outside.
There is on-street parking on a first-come-first-serve basis. Paid public car parks can be found nearby, there is a loading bay three doors down from the apartment.

Location

Torquay is a traditional and thriving seaside town set on Devon's English Riviera coast. With its iconic palm trees, busy harbour, international marina, sandy beach and wonderful array of continental style cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars, the scene is set for the perfect Devon seaside holiday or short break.

There are so many places and attractions to visit in Torquay and the surrounding local areas, including the popular Princess Theatre where a full calendar of great shows takes place. Take a boat from Torquay Harbour to nearby Brixham, a stunningly beautiful harbourside town, or neighbouring Paignton to enjoy the safe and sandy beach. Ever-popular Dartmoor is a short 30 minute drive for those wanting to explore the vast moorland, valleys and quaint villages, and spend their days walking or cycling.

Babbacombe is a pleasant area of Torquay just to the north of Torquay Harbour, and just a 15 minute walk, or 5 minute drive from The Muntham Apartments. Babbacombe is the home of the Babbacombe Theatre, Babbacombe Model Village, and the Babbacombe Cliff Railway.

Torre Abbey, a monastery founded in 1196, has art galleries and extensive gardens featuring plants from local writer Agatha Christie's novels.

South Devon is the ideal location for foodies, having some of the finest eateries and food producers in the country. Nearby you will find The Waddling Duck at Hamiltons , The Babbacombe Bay Cafe, Harbour 16 , The Elephant and many more.

The South Devon coastline offers an ever-changing feast of sandy beaches, rocky outcrops, secluded coves, historic viaducts, elevated cliff tops, rock pools and wooded areas. And Devon’s famous English Riviera, a designated UNESCO Global Geopark, is the perfect base to experience it all. The Coast Path offers plenty of tremendous walks not far from your holiday home, while Dartmoor National Park is home to fantastic views and spectacular rural scenery.
