With generous sofa seating, a large Smart television and a sofa bed available on request, it is a lovely space to unwind together in the evenings and provides additional flexibility for larger groups. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, a bright and well-appointed space ideal for self-catering stays. The kitchen is modern and practical, with everything needed for preparing family meals, while the dining area provides a welcoming setting for relaxed breakfasts, sociable dinners and time spent together.

Across the upper floors, Anne’s Cottage offers four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, which can be arranged as two singles on request. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, making it ideal for children. The third bedroom has a double bed, while the fourth bedroom offers two single beds. Together with the sofa bed in the lounge, available on request, this flexible layout allows the property to sleep up to ten guests and makes it well suited to families, multi-generational stays or groups needing a mix of sleeping options.

The property also benefits from two well-presented bathrooms. A family bathroom is positioned on the top floor, adjacent to the children’s bunk room, while a further shower room provides added convenience for guests staying across the property.
