Berry Head Nature Reserve is just moments away, offering spectacular cliff-top walks and wildlife spotting, while Brixham’s bustling harbour, marina, restaurants and cafés are within easy reach on foot.

Inside, the bright and welcoming open-plan living space has been designed to make the most of the breathtaking views. The spacious lounge features two comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace and large sliding doors that open onto the private balcony, filling the room with natural light and framing panoramic views across Torbay. A Smart television, coffee tables and board games create the perfect setting for relaxing evenings after a day exploring the coast.

The dining area sits within the open-plan living space, offering a lovely spot for family meals or planning the next day’s adventures. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, providing everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.

Baywatch Sea View Retreat offers three comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom enjoys beautiful sea views and features a king-size bed with wardrobe and storage. The second bedroom is a cosy single room with the added convenience of a vanity sink, while the third bedroom also provides a comfortable single bed.

Outside, the private balcony is the perfect place to relax with morning coffee or evening drinks while soaking up the panoramic views across the bay.

Location

Brixham is a thriving fishing town on the south Devon coast providing a wealth of locally owned restaurants, historic pubs and unique attractions. It is bursting with character while offering beautiful harbourside scenery. The Manor is Brixham’s oldest pub, and one of the oldest pubs in Devon, dating back to the 1600’s - a must visit and just a short stroll from the property. For keen walkers, you are also located right on the South West Coast Path.

Other attractions in Brixham include; the Heritage Museum, The Golden Hinde, Brixham fish market tour, and Greenway House, the home of Agatha Christie. For fresh local produce, visit Rock Fish restaurant, run by local chef Mitch Tonks, eat in or takeaway and enjoy harbourside. If you are visiting over Early May Bank Holiday weekend immerse yourself in the annual pirate festival! You can also take a boat trip from Brixham and explore other towns on the English Riviera and beyond.

Why not head to the beach, just 1.5 miles away, or visit Shoalshore Seawater Pool offering panoramic views of Torbay. Elberry Cove is a 10-minute drive away, a serene pebbled beach with crystal clear water, or head a little further afield to reach Paignton, with its large beach and bustling pier. In the other direction you will find Blackpool Sands, an award-winning single beach with water sport equipment for hire.

Torquay is around a 30-minute drive away with its bustling harbour, international marina, sandy beach, golf club and wonderful array of continental style cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars. Dartmouth is a short journey away via car or boat and offers a wealth of heritage and beauty along with wonderful eateries including The Seahorse, Angel, and Taylors, nearby you will also find The Watermans Arms, The Maltsters Arms, Hunters Lodge Inn and Durant Arms. While Dittisham has a number of water sports activities such as sailing lessons and paddle boarding.

For families with younger children, be sure to visit Pennywell Farm, Dartmoor Otter Sanctuary , Buckfast Butterfly Farm, Totnes Rare Breeds Farm, Woodlands Family Theme Park and Paignton Zoo.
