Seven - La Petite Maison is a stylish, dog-friendly holiday home in the heart of Brixham Harbour, offering spectacular waterfront views and a contemporary yet cosy interior. This elegant three-bedroom maisonette, set over four floors, is perfect for couples or friends who want to explore the charm and character of Brixham while enjoying modern comforts.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright and spacious living area with large windows overlooking the harbour. Comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and subtle coastal décor make this the ideal spot to relax and watch the harbour lights twinkle over the water in the evening. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for self-catering, featuring an electric hob and oven, under-counter fridge with icebox, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a full range of crockery, cutlery, and utensils. The dining table comfortably seats six guests, perfect for shared meals with friends or family.

All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated and designed for rest and relaxation. Bedroom one is a double room with a window seat and harbour views. Bedroom two has a single bed, while bedroom three, the loft-style room, features a low-level double bed with some reduced head height in places. The bathroom includes a bath with shower over, wash basin, toilet, and heated towel rail.

One of the highlights of Seven - La Petite Maison is its prime location on The Quay, directly opposite the Golden Hind replica in Brixham’s inner harbour. From here, you can step out to explore the harbour, fish market, cafés, pubs, and shops - all within easy walking distance. The South West Coast Path is also nearby, perfect for coastal walks, and for those with a car, the property offers allocated parking, making it easy to explore the wider English Riviera. Dogs are welcome, so your four-legged friends can join the fun too.

For larger groups, Seven can be booked alongside its sister property, Five - La Petite Maison, giving exclusive use of the full La Petite Maison Apartments and sleeping up to ten guests.

As one of the busiest fishing ports in the UK, Brixham is renowned for its exceptional seafood, with many independent restaurants and cafés serving dishes made from fresh local catch.

Five - La Petite Maison sits directly on Brixham Harbour, placing guests at the very centre of town life. The historic Golden Hind replica, a recreation of Sir Francis Drake’s famous ship, lies directly opposite the property and offers an immersive experience for visitors of all ages. Nearby, Brixham Heritage Museum provides insight into the town’s fishing past and maritime traditions.
