We came back for another visit and it turns out 1st time really was once in a lifetime opportunity (We saw no tuna this time). However, it still very much got our SEAL of approval!

We had a lovely stay in the lighthouse! Yes, the foghorn challenged us a few times but the views, the landscape, the walks, tunas and seals were worth it! Swimming with the seals was also fun! A very special place to stay! Last evening of the holidays: outside its stormy, the fog horn is on, raindrops running down the windows and I'm sitting here reading Ann Cleeves and its great! Thanks.

What an amazing few days! A lovely comfortable fully, equipped cottage in such a unique location. We arrived in mist and experienced the fog hour until 3.30am. Then we we awoken by loud splashes - tuna leaping outside in the sea on both sides of the cottage, Seals nearby too. The wather has been superb every day. We can recommend the lighthouse tour a long walk to the Cricket Inn at Beesand for lunch and day trips to Salcombe and Dartmouth. We're going home for a rest! Thank you Trinity for a lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing lighthouse on Devon's beautiful rugged edge. With the everchanging 'lighthouse weather' we managed to sleep through the foghorn without the needs for earplugs and avoid most of the rain. Thank you for all the effort you have put into making this such an enjoyable lighthouse adventure.

Our eleventh visit to a lighthouse and our first to Start Point. What a beautiful place, walks on the cliffs. seals in the bay beneath the lighthouse and an overly zealous foghorn!

Thank you! We have had a wonderful Easter break, meeting up in this amazing property, watching life on the sea, the returning swallows and other migrants and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
What a beautiful, warm and relaxing place, we had an incredible stay, weather wasn't so great but we still managed to explore this wonderful area and enjoy the cosiness of the cottage. Best few days. Thank you for having us.

Wonderful half term week at this beautiful lighthouse. The tour of the actual lighthouse is well worth doing. Lots to see and do as well as a trip down memory lane to look at the naval college.

We have had the most perfect week of cloudless blue skies and sunshine. We felt like the famous five exploring the cove, down the cliff steps and finding sunbathing spots. Such a fabulous spot to escape life and really relax!

Sunshine on 4 out of 6 days. One cannot expect more in a November week. Some great walks around Start Point and Prawle Point. The fog horn went once for around 10 minutes, and it is not really loud. Enjoyed very much of our stay in this remote place. EM, Germany

A fog horn - Yay! It was as melodious as I expected! What a fortunate experience to stay in such a wonderful place. Just the two of us, so romantic just to stay in and self-cater. Happy Holidays! Listening to the fog horn echo out to the sea rolling over, the fog horn was amazing. You must go outside to listen for the full effect! Wonderful. Seal watching from the balcony a delight.
