Inside, the cosy and characterful sitting room features comfortable sofas and a traditional inglenook fireplace - perfect for relaxing evenings, family movie nights on the Smart TV, or curling up with a good book.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your North Devon getaway, whether preparing relaxed brunches or hearty family dinners, best enjoyed around the inviting dining table. A separate snug with a sofa bed offers flexible ground-floor sleeping accommodation, ideal for multi-generational stays. The ground floor also benefits from a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a convenient cloakroom with WC.

Upstairs, three thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for families and groups.
