The spacious open-plan ground floor features a stylish, fully equipped modern kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a cosy living space complete with a wood-burning stove - perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Devon countryside or nearby beaches. French doors lead from the lounge onto a private south-facing patio, where you can unwind with a glass of wine and take in sweeping countryside views. The patio is furnished for alfresco dining and overlooks the cottage’s extensive grounds, where local wildlife such as deer and rabbits can often be spotted.

Upstairs, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms designed with comfort in mind, perfect for families and couples. Location

Dipple Mill Cottage's location is perfect for exploring the local area. Nearby is the picturesque village of Clovelly, an ancient fishing village renowned for its steep, cobbled streets and unique charm. Just a few miles to the east, Buckmills offers stunning coastal scenery, perched atop cliffs overlooking the North Devon coast. Its pebble beach, with strips of sand revealed at low tide, provides a perfect spot for seaside adventures.

Additionally, the vibrant seaside town of Westward Ho! is within easy reach, offering a range of attractions and activities for all ages. With its beautiful beach and array of amenities, it’s a great destination for a day trip.

Approximately 3 miles from the cottage is the charming village of Woolfardisworthy (also known as Woolsery), which has benefitted from major investment in recent years to the now much celebrated local pub and restaurant - The Farmers Arms, the beautifully restored village shop - which is open 7 days/week, and the excellent fish & chip shop next to the pub.

The nearest beach is in the picturesque village of Bucks Mills, 4miles away. Access is via a short walk from the public car park at the edge of the village. Larger, sandy beaches can be found nearby at Northam Burrows, Bude and Saunton Sands.

Also close by, is the beautiful rugged coast line at Hartland Quay, the traditional fishing village of Clovelly and the beautiful coastal towns of Appledore and Instow.

For children, close by you will find The Milky Way Adventure Park, and for teenagers, the North Devon Wake Park is a fantastic day of water fun and learning new skills.
