Spanning three levels, enter Rock Cottage at street level where the inviting kitchen and dining area awaits. Well-equipped for your stay, the kitchen features an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, under-counter fridge, and dishwasher. The dining table provides a sociable space to gather and enjoy meals together.
Head down to the lower level to discover the cosy lounge, complete with comfortable sofa seating, coffee and side tables, and patio doors that open out onto the main sea-view balcony. Here, you can relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening while watching fishing boats drift across the bay. A convenient cloakroom with WC and hand basin is also located on this floor.
On the first floor, you’ll find the primary bedroom, a peaceful double room with storage and lovely harbour views. The family bathroom is also on this level and is fitted with a bath a shower, wash basin, and WC.
Climb to the top floor where the second bedroom is tucked beneath the eaves. This charming twin room features low beams and doors leading out to the second private balcony, offering elevated, panoramic views across Brixham Harbour and Torbay.

Please note, on-street parking is available on neighbouring residential roads. Long-stay council car park permits can also be arranged locally, ideal for those wishing to explore the wider Torbay area.
Due to the cottage’s elevated position and stepped layout across three floors, including attic stairs, it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Brixham is a thriving fishing town on the south Devon coast providing a wealth of locally owned restaurants, historic pubs and unique attractions. It is bursting with character while offering beautiful harbourside scenery.
The Manor is Brixham’s oldest pub, and one of the oldest pubs in Devon, dating back to the 1600’s - a must visit and just a short stroll from the property. For keen walkers, you are also located right on the
South West Coast Path.
