Location

Brixham is a thriving fishing town on the south Devon coast providing a wealth of locally owned restaurants, historic pubs and unique attractions. It is bursting with character while offering beautiful harbourside scenery. The Manor is Brixham’s oldest pub, and one of the oldest pubs in Devon, dating back to the 1600’s - a must visit and just a short stroll from the property. For keen walkers, you are also located right on the South West Coast Path.

Other attractions in Brixham include; the Heritage Museum, The Golden Hinde, Brixham fish market tour, and Greenway House, the home of Agatha Christie. For fresh local produce, visit Rock Fish restaurant, run by local chef Mitch Tonks, eat in or takeaway and enjoy harbourside. If you are visiting over Early May Bank Holiday weekend immerse yourself in the annual pirate festival! You can also take a boat trip from Brixham and explore other towns on the English Riviera and beyond.

Why not head to the beach, just 1.5 miles away, or visit Shoalshore Seawater Pool offering panoramic views of Torbay. Elberry Cove is a 10-minute drive away, a serene pebbled beach with crystal clear water, or head a little further afield to reach Paignton, with its large beach and bustling pier. While Dittisham has a number of water sports activities such as sailing lessons and paddle boarding.
