Sea Breeze is a beautiful grade 2 listed Georgian townhouse, and as such there is now double glazing permitted. This does mean that you may hear some noise from people outside, although it does tend to be after 9010pm as we are near the end of the seafront.
Please note that the allocated parking space in front of the building is a little short. If you have a large car please make sure it is not hanging over the pavement as this may result in a parking ticket.

Location
Located in the seaside town of Teignmouth, Sea Breeze is the perfect base from which to explore. With a range of excellent beaches on your doorstep, it's the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Devon weather. Teignmouth is a stunning coastal town with historic Georgian buildings, long sandy beaches, and fresh local food. The town sits on the edge of the mouth of River Teign on the South Devon coast and is surrounded by lush Devon countryside, so you won’t find a more beautiful setting for a holiday.
The quaint village of Shaldon, historical city of Exeter, and Torbay are all within a short drive making Teignmouth the perfect place to call home away from home. Teignmouth is an easy journey from London, along the most spectacular coastal train route in the country.
Teignmouth beaches are great for family days out, Teignmouth Town beach is a long expanse of sand with the Victorian pier, play park, crazy golf, skate park, arcades and promenade. Local water sports are also on offer if you want to try kayaking, coasteering or paddle boarding. Teignmouth Back Beach is full of beautiful fishing boats and has a wonderful quaint village feel – perfect for coastal walks with the family.
On the promenade, Teignmouth Pavilions hosts a regular cinema and child friendly events all year round. There are regular music festivals throughout the year, including jazz and folk music and there is an array of small independent shops and the Arts Quarter with a range of art galleries, artisan and craft shops. Relax with a coffee, enjoy breakfast or lunch in one of the many bistros and dine in one of the superb restaurants, many of which offer local, seasonal produce. There are also many takeaway venues.
