Description
This harbourside holiday haven is situated in the heart of wonderful Brixham, inviting up to eight guests (and your four-legged friends) to enjoy all that South Devon has to offer. Originally built over 125 years ago for the fisherman of the fleet, it boasts glistening sea views. From your sun-drenched terrace, you can watch fishing boats come and go while being a stroll away from delicious seafood restaurants and welcoming pubs.
Spanned across four floors, enter Bay Dream Believer on the first floor, where you are invited into the lovely corridor. To the right, sits the first of four bedrooms, housing a comfortable double bed and a beautiful bay window allowing natural light to fill the space with ease. Continue down the hallway to discover the second bedroom, a light and spacious twin room with views over Brixham.
Head downstairs to the ground floor, where the lovely sitting room awaits. With plush sofas, beanbags, a wood burner effect electric fire, and Smart Television, you are uninvited to unwind with loved ones after exploring the south Devon coast. Large bi-fold doors lead you to your private terrace, which allows you to utilise your picture-perfect location, boasting unbeatable views across bustling Brixham Harbour. There’s also a small kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave. The shower room completes the ground floor, with a shower cubicle, wash basin, and WC.
On the second floor, you will find the main kitchen, superbly equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The lovely dining room invites you to spend time as a family, with a dining table seating up to eight guests and spectacular views of Brixham. The family bathroom is also situated on the second floor, beautifully appointed with a bath with shower over, wash basin, and WC.
Retreat to the third floor where two further bedrooms await. Bedroom one hosts a sumptuous double bed adorned with soft linens, providing a peaceful night's rest. The final bedroom is complete with twin beds and a lovely en-suite shower room.
