Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the light-filled living space, enhanced by a distinctive shopfront-style window that gives the apartment its open and airy feel. The welcoming lounge provides a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring the coast, with a cosy sofa, coffee table and Smart TV for laid-back evenings in.
The adjoining kitchen is well equipped for self-catering stays, featuring a built-in oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. A small dining space for two makes it easy to enjoy relaxed breakfasts before heading out for the day or quiet dinners after exploring the local area.
Upstairs, the generously sized double bedroom offers a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. A short walk across Shaldon Bridge brings you to the vibrant seaside town of Teignmouth. Here you’ll find a long sandy beach, a classic promenade and plenty of places to eat, drink and shop.
