The house was extremely well maintained and equipped. The descriptions and photos were very helpful. The area is beautiful with only a lovely 15 minute walk down to a beach with a friendly and excellent cafe. Adriana was extremely helpful in her responses and we were impressed with her support

We had a lovely stay at Hamilton House, it was exactly as described in a beautiful spot which amazing views and walks on our doorstep, we particularly enjoyed strolls to the beach and dinner at The Masons Arms. The welcome hospitality and information on the local area were lovely touches and helped ensure we had a great break. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

We cane here for a girl's trip and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The location is perfect and the proximity to the beach is ideal! The house has everything we needed and even surprised us with complimentary bits and bobs.

We enjoyed the spacious, well equipped house. Walks to the beach were great. So perfect here. Love Branscombe and the area. Lyme Regis and Sidmouth, lovely places to visit. Coastal path to Beer was a mission! Thanks for the lovely birthday present, so thoughtful.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We love Branscombe, having been here many times before and it was great to be based at this central location (and very handy for the Masons Arms too)! The walks in the area are fantastic and we made the most of them! Definitely hope to be back again soon!

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely light and spacious house. Relaxing days strolling sown to the beach, walking along the coastal path and a couple of trips to the Masons Arms. Overall a very enjoyable break and thanks to Tina and David for looking after us so well.

A lovely clean, comfortable and well catered place to stay. Perfect for families with little ones as the hosts provided all the essentials, cot, high chair and stairgate. We would definitely recommend Hamilton House to others.

This was our first time staying here and we have very much enjoyed our holiday visiting the beach only a short walk away very much. We visited Beer one day and the views on the walk were spectacular. Overall a wonderful holiday in a beautiful part of the world.

This is our fourth time staying at this house and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. We went to the beach almost everyday. Went to a lovely restaurant called The Mocha. Did a coastal walk to Beer and had a lovely view of the sea - looking forward to our next visit!
